Get-Togethers
Maids of Honour
Maids of Honour is our gathering just for the ladies! The women meet a few times a year doing lots of different things such as High-Teas, Christmas Celebrations and other get-togethers. All women are welcome! Check-out our events page for information on our next event.
Man Up
Man Up is for men only! Our meetings happen throughout the year and tend to revolve around food. We always have a good laugh and hear great stories! Every man is welcome. Have a look at our events page to see when we are next meeting.
Refresh Lunch Club
Refresh Lunch Club is for those of all ages. It’s a place to find fun and friendship where you will be provided with a tasty lunch, held on the last Monday of every month at 1:00 pm.
Young Families
Young Families is for parents and their kids! (Children who are primary school age) They meet on various occasions throughout the year doing lots of different activities together! Take a look at the events page to find out when we’re next doing something.
Seek
Seek is our young adults ministry (aged 18-30ish). You’ll get some good coffee, cracking food and great conversation! After all that we usually worship together and hear from God’s word. Follow us on Instagram for our upcoming events @seekyoungadults.
Get-Praying
Sunday Prayer
Pre-Meeting Prayer takes place every Sunday evening in Pastor Matt’s Office from 5:45 - 6:15 pm.
Prayer Ministry
Prayer Ministry is available every Sunday for anyone who would like prayer.
Encounter
Encounter is time spent seeking God through prayer. It is one of our Tuesday night meetings, check the events page for details on the next meeting.
Missions Prayer Meeting
Missions Prayer Meeting focuses on praying for various Missions and Missionaries around the world. At 7:30 pm once a month on a Tuesday evening. Check the events page for details on the next meeting.
Get-Studying
Pastor’s Bible Study
Pastor’s Bible Study will help you to grow in your faith through studying the Bible in a relaxed and friendly environment. There’s always opportunity to ask questions/give opinions or you can just sit and take it in! It is one of our Tuesday night meetings, check the events page for details on the next meeting.
LHB Academy
Living Hope Academy is a series of Bible Studies in 4 parts on Thursday nights at 7:00 pm, usually bi-monthly. Manuals with notes pages are provided, you just need to bring your Bible. We like to present certificates to those who complete the courses during our Sunday morning services so be prepared to give us your best smile!
Get-Discipled
Next Steps
Next Steps Group is a three week course for new believers who want to learn more about their faith. It runs on various Monday evenings throughout the year for one hour from 7:00 pm. Head on over the events page to see when the next one is starting!
Life Groups
Life Groups meet once a month and time/location is dependent on the group leaders. We usually like to gather around food and have some awesome conversation! We then get stuck in to praying, studying and listening to each other. You can sign up to a small group at different times throughout the year via our noticeboard in the foyer of church.
Youth & Kids
All our youth and kids programmes run during term time finishing for the Summer at the end of May. We have something for every age and we are sure your young people will love what we do!
Mothers and Toddlers
Hope Toddlers runs every Monday from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. This is a great place for your little one to make friends and for you to enjoy a cup of tea and to get to know other parents.
Kids church
HOPE Kids is on Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:00 pm for Primary School age children. There is one hour of fun, games, stories, quizzes, prizes, sweets and much more.
LHBYouth
LHB Youth happens every Thursday 8:00–9:30 pm. For all those of Secondary School Age – a place for your young people to make new friends and hang out with live music, videos, games, trips out, weekends away and a great message!
Edge
EDGE Drop-In is a youth club for those young people from the community and takes place on a Wednesday night! For young people P7 - Year 12 running from 7:00-8:30 pm. Xbox, Pool, Table Tennis, Tuck Shop and much more. No more reasons for your kids to be bored on Wednesday nights!
