Pastor Matt & Athena Davis

Lead Pastor

Matt has been on staff since September 2001. In 2016 he became the Lead Pastor heading up the work of both the church and the Living Hope Charity which provides help and hope to the local community. He is passionate about reaching people, helping people and providing a church they can grow in and belong to. Athena runs the women’s ministry, Maids of Honour, and leads a Life Group. They have two daughters Ruth and Abigail.

Pastor Reece & Rebecca Johnston

Assistant Pastor

Reece came along to the youth group in 2010 and went off to Belfast Bible college in 2014. He then graduated in 2017, joining the staff in the same year. Reece heads up a variety of ministries within the church including the young adults (SEEK), LHB Youth and the Social Concern work of the charity. He is married to Rebecca who leads a Life Group, and they have two children, Elias and Annie

Rebecca Thompson

Children’s Worker

Rebecca grew up in the church and joined the staff in 2021 as the children’s worker. She went off to Bible College in 2015 and graduated in 2018. She oversees the young families ministries and the work with the under 11’s as well as serving in many other ministries including worship & Sunday serving teams. She is married to Evan who also serves in many different areas within church.

Paula Picking

Church Administrator

Paula joined the staff in October 2021 as the church administrator. Responsible for organising the work of the church, Paula helps keep the work of both the church and the charity running smoothly. She is married to Thomas who serves the church in many different capacities, and they have one son, Jacob.
